Juan just left my apartment. He came to finish my relocation from Norfolk and did a fantastic job. The first thing I appreciated was he removed his shoes before coming in without me asking (I ask guests to remove or cover shoes to reduce germs.)! Second, he reviewed his job order with me before beginning. Third, he listened when I spoke and offered me a professional opinion, which I felt confident in going with. Next, he reviewed my apartment complex's restrictions and was able to do a professional wall installation of my keypad using a previously installed location of an old system. He found all the components in the apartment to wire into. He was able to install everything and keep me in compliance. I am extremely happy and he is welcome to come back next time we move!

The first thing I appreciated was he removed his shoes before coming in without me asking (I ask guests to remove or cover shoes to reduce germs.)! Second, he reviewed his job order with me before beginning. Third, he listened when I spoke and offered me a professional opinion, which I felt confident in going with. Next, he reviewed my apartment complex's restrictions and was able to do a professional wall installation of my keypad using a previously installed location of an old system. He found all the components in the apartment to wire into. He was able to install everything and keep me in compliance. I am extremely happy and he is welcome to come back next time we move!
